Delivery


We will aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days subject to availability of stock.
Standard delivery days are Monday – Friday.
Where an item is out of stock we will order from the manufacturer and will aim to fulfil your order within 7 working days.


Delivery is normally via Royal Mail and orders to Mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) are charged a £2.95 delivery fee.

Orders to the Highlands and Islands will incur a £4.95 delivery fee.


Delivery charges will be added to your order at the time of checkout.


Contact us if you are outside of the UK to enable us to quote for delivery.



Returns


You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following criteria:

1. The item is in an 'as new condition'.

2. It must be returned to us in it's original condition unused and in it's original packaging which should not be marked or damaged (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product at all).

3. It should be returned with the original box, packaging, accessories. Do not write directly on the packaging.

4. You must notify us in writing by email within 3 working days of receipt of the item and return them within 7 days. We will issue you with a goods return number (GRN) which must be quoted with your return.

5. Items not returned to us in an 'as new condition' will not be refunded and any costs to return the items to you will have to be paid before we can return them.

Please note that if an exchange for another item is required you will be liable for the re delivery cost.


Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us.

All costs associated with the return of the unwanted item are to be paid by yourself.
